On April 29, 2024, the Taichung City Government Labor Bureau (Section Chief Hung Pei-ju and Section Chief Wang Hsiao-hsien), in collaboration with Dr. Wei Ching-chen, Director of Vocational Education at Providence University, invited Li Yun-hua, Vice General Manager of CIMer Tech, to serve as an industrial expert at the Taichung Cross-Border Experience Demonstration Base. Li provided advice on the talent needs of the industry, offering suggestions on industry-specific courses, course content, and hours within the planned curriculum, as well as different perspectives on global sustainability trends, aiming to meet current industry demands. Through this symposium, the expert's experience sharing provided training institutions such as Shang-Yi Information Management Consulting Co., Ltd., the Chinese Vocational Training and Education Association, the Labor Foundation, National Chung Hsing University, and Overseas Chinese University of Science and Technology with more comprehensive and developmental practical suggestions on industrial curriculum planning.
